All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).  After receiving your order confirmation by email, you will receive another notification when your order ships.

We ship our cookies via USPS or UPS depending on the destination of the order.  We strive to get your cookies to you as quick as possible.

Our lead times to receive your cookies are between 1 to 5 days maximum from our bakery located in Indianapolis.  You are welcome to request special shipping at an additional charge.  Feel free to contact us.

We offer local delivery for Indianapolis and surrounding counties within a 20 mile radius for $15.  Orders over $30 will receive free delivery.
